Pre-Loading Inspections

We verify the readiness of transport vehicles for shipment, assessing the sanitary condition of the cargo area, technical condition, and proper operation of refrigeration equipment.

We classify goods, determine the percentage of defects and natural loss, document any damage to packaging and products, and verify that the actual quantity and specifications match the declared data.

We supervise the loading process, evaluate proper cargo placement and securing, check the operation of temperature recorders, and verify seal integrity.

Upon completion of the inspection, we prepare an official survey report recognized both domestically and internationally. Documentation is issued in Russian and English.

The report may be used to protect the interests of the consignee, supplier, or carrier during dispute resolution and claims handling.
